What is the view used for?

• View the list of forms that are available. Edit and delete existing forms and add new ones. Forms that are being used in a form profile cannot be deleted.

• It is recommended in setup that you insert the Forms demo data which is included in the default data package as well. This gives you a start for some forms that you can then edit.

Fields & buttons	Description
Type	The type of form.
Description	The specific description of your form.
Button: Import	Select this button to import layouts that have been exported. When the button is pressed a file browser opens. Browse to your .form file select it and press open. Then new layouts are imported to your system.
Button: Export	Select this button to export the selected layouts available in the system. When the button is pressed a file browser opens. Enter a name for the export and select the place for it to be saved. This file will get the .form ending and can be imported into any other LS One setups.
Edit	Highlight the form line and click on the edit button to edit the form.
Add	Click on the add button to add a new form.
Delete	Highlight the form line and click on the delete button to delete the form. Forms that are being used in a form profile cannot be deleted.
