Purchase Worksheet Line Dialog

What is the dialog used for?

• To add an additional purchase worksheet line, enter the relevant information into the dialog, then select OK.

Fields & buttons	Description
Barcode	Enter the item barcode so that barcode scanner use is possible.
Item	Select an item from the menu
Unit	Select a unit (if available) for the item.
Vendor	Select a vendor.
Suggested quantity	This is calculated for the item according to replenishment rules.
Quantity	The quantity that is to be ordered.
Create another	Select this button to add this purchase worksheet line and open a new purchase worksheet line dialog.
