Edit Priority Dialog

What is the dialog used for?

Fields & buttons	Description
Offer number	Displays the ID of the offer of which the priority is being edited
Description	Displays the name of the offer of which the priority is being edited
Priority	Edit the priority of the offer. The dialog prevents you from selecting the same priority as another offer has.
