What is the view used for?

View all loyalty transactions in the Loyalty transactions view.
Each transaction on a loyalty card is shown separately in list form.
There can be many transactions on the same card, and the card can have the status closed and still be valid for use. This just means that the points in the scheme have either been used or have expired according to the scheme’s points expiration rule.
The loyalty card itself does not have an expiration date, but the scheme and scheme rules do.

Loyalty transaction searches can be narrowed down using filters. One filtering line is added for each type of filter. You can even save your preferred filtering settings and they will be available when you open the Loyalty Transactions view.

Fields & buttons	Description
Description	filters to narrow down your search, choose from: Date: select the date range of the transaction you are searching for Expiration date: select the expiration date of the loyalty card Receipt number: enter the receipt number of the transaction Store: Select the store Terminal: Select the terminal Loyalty card: Select Scheme: Select the name of the scheme Customer: Select the name of the customer Types: Select the check boxes to see loyalty schemes that are: Expired, Issued and Used. Status: Select the check boxes to see loyalty cards that are: Open or Closed.
Begins with	This filed is only visible for types that allow free text search.
Search field	Enter the search criteria.
	If there are more than one line press this button to delete a search criteria.
	Press this button to add search criterion.
	The following actions are available from a drop down menu when this button is pressed. Save as default layout: The search lines you have selected will be saved to the view and opened when this view is opened. Load default layout: If you have edited the search settings since you last opened the Retail items view select this option to reload the saved layout. Reset: Select this option to reset the layout to be as displayed in image above. Toggle button locations: Move the (-) and (+) buttons to the left of the screen.
Search	Press this button or hit enter button on keyboard to search for an item with the filters set.

Loyalty Transactions List

View the loyalty transactions.

Card type/Card status possible combinations:

Issued/Closed:

Points have been issued on the loyalty card.
All of the points on the card have been used in this transaction or expired since.
The card is still valid for accruing/spending.

Issued/Open

The card has been issued to a customer or accrued points.
There are points remaining on the card.
The points are available for spending.

Used/Closed

Points were used in this transaction.
The card is still valid for accruing/spending.

Expired/Closed

The points on the card have expired.
The card is not valid for accruing/spending.

Fields & buttons	Description
Type	Select one of the following from the list: Issued: The loyalty points have been issued to a loyalty card or accrued in a transaction. Used: The loyalty points have been used for payment or discount in a transaction. Expired: The loyalty points in this line have expired.
Receipt number	Displays the receipt number on the transaction. There can be many receipt numbers for the same loyalty card.
Loyalty points	Displays the number of loyalty points accrued or spent in the transaction. If they have been spent, the number's prefix is a (-) symbol.
Remaining points	Displays the number of remaining points. This is never a minus number. If 0, the transaction has been used for payment or issued.
Status	The card status can be: Closed: The remaining points are zero. Open: The transaction accrued points on the card.
Date	The date of the transaction.
Issued date	The date of the card's issue.
Store	The store name.
Terminal	The terminal name.
Card number	The loyalty card number.
Scheme	The loyalty scheme on the card.
Expiration date	The points' expiration date.
Customer	The customer assigned to the card.
Staff	The member of staff that handled the transaction.
	Select this button to scroll back through the list of loyalty transactions. This button is only enabled if there are more than 500 transactions.
	Select this button to scroll forwards through the list of loyalty transactions. This button is only enabled if there are more than 500 transactions.
