| Fields & buttons | Description |

| Name | Enter the name of the customer. |
| Display name | Whilst you enter the name, the display name will be automatically entered into this field. |
| Address | Enter the first two lines of the customer’s address. |
| City/State/Zip code | Enter the City, State and Zip code (Post code) of the address. |
| Button: Globe | Select a different country's address format. |
| Country | Select a country from the drop-down menu. |
| Search alias | Any text used to identify the customer. |
| Identification number | Enter an identification number for the customer (not mandatory). |
| Invoice customer | Select which customer account this customer will be invoiced to (not mandatory). |
| Copy from | Select a customer account to copy settings from. |
